This public website provides general information about Family Phone, an in-development product of Gigacircuit Inc. It is not an offer for sale and does not create a purchase, subscription, reservation, customer account, public pilot, or service relationship.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal information purposes. Family Phone names, branding, original text, artwork, and interface designs belong to Gigacircuit Inc. or their respective rights holders and may not be republished or commercially reused without permission.

Product descriptions may change as development continues. Family Phone is not presented as a replacement for emergency services, professional medical support, or another safety-critical service. To the extent permitted by law, this informational preview is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.

These draft terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing in them limits a consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy Notice

This informational website does not accept inquiries or collect inquiry details. It has no analytics, production customer account, payment collection, ordering, or public submission service.

A public contact method will be added before customer support opens. The privacy notice will be updated before any visitor information is collected.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards will apply to future customer services, but no internet transmission is risk-free. A dedicated business mailing address will be added before public commercial launch; the owner’s home address is not published.

Limited Warranty

When Family Phone becomes available for purchase, Gigacircuit Inc. intends to provide the original purchaser with a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. The warranty will cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

After confirming an eligible claim, Gigacircuit Inc. may repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or provide a refund when repair or replacement is not reasonable. Approved shipping for a defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect product will be paid by Gigacircuit Inc.

The limited warranty is not intended to cover normal cosmetic wear or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification or repair, or use outside the product instructions. Proof of purchase and a return authorization may be required. Claim instructions will be provided before sales begin.

This limited warranty is in addition to rights available under applicable consumer law. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Returns & refunds

When sales begin, customers may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. The product must be returned in like-new condition with its included parts and accessories. Original packaging should be included when reasonably possible.

Customers will pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Gigacircuit Inc. will pay approved return shipping when a product is defective, arrives damaged, or is not the product ordered. Return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided before sales begin.

Eligible refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected, using the original payment method where reasonably possible. The final checkout terms will state any treatment of original delivery charges before an order can be placed.

Nothing in this voluntary return policy limits cancellation, refund, delivery, misrepresentation, warranty, or other rights available under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

The website is designed with keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive text and layouts, semantic landmarks, descriptive alternative text, reduced-motion support, and high-contrast compatibility. We aim to keep language direct and controls easy to identify.

The product direction emphasizes large touch targets, distance readability, plain language, and accessible call controls. Final hardware and assistive-feature claims still require physical qualification before publication.
